These terms govern the use of Daycare System, operated by Dragonfinity Systems. By creating an account or using the platform, a tenant agrees to these terms.

Daycare System is a subscription (SaaS) platform for managing a daycare or preschool's admissions, attendance, billing, staff, child development records and family communication. Access is provided on a subscription basis under the plan and billing cycle a tenant selects.

• A tenant is responsible for the accuracy of the information they record and for controlling which of their staff hold which level of access.
• Login credentials are personal to the user they were issued to and must not be shared.
• A tenant is responsible for obtaining any consents (for example, from parents or guardians) required by law before recording information about a child or family in the platform.

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the billing cycle selected (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually). Fees are due on the dates shown on the subscription invoice. Continued access to the platform depends on the subscription remaining current, subject to any grace period shown in the tenant's billing settings.

A tenant owns the data they enter into the platform. Dragonfinity Systems processes it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to store information you do not have the right to record, or in any way that could disrupt the service or compromise the security of other tenants.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

A tenant may cancel their subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach of these terms. Suspension never deletes a tenant's data outright — see our Privacy Policy for retention details.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
